My Name Is Danny Archer — This Is Why I Joined Aha!

by Why I Joined Aha!

I spent the past four years as a product manager at a successful online backup and disaster recovery software company. After toiling with Google doc spreadsheets to manage my feature backlog and constantly having “spirited debates” with everyone in the company about why their pet feature was the most important, I discovered Aha! I was blown away.

After a year of using Aha! in my product manager role, I joined Aha! as a customer success manager.

I have had a personal goal since college to help build a wildly successful software company. I set my sights on Aha! because it is so rare to find a company that is truly creating something new and exciting.

As soon as I saw Aha! a year ago, I knew it would revolutionize how innovation is done and products are built. I knew I had to be a part of that.

I now spend my days working with product teams at fascinating companies who are doing remarkable things. It’s the ultimate dream job. And it’s a perfect fit for me because I have experience in product management as well as sales, sales engineering, and support.

But most importantly, like Aha!, I have the drive to be great! As part of a team with a game-changing product, founded by entrepreneurs with impressive records of big success, I knew I would be challenged to push my own boundaries to be my best.

I am ecstatic to be a part of this special family. We are growing like crazy and have added over 5,000 users in the first year! I am thrilled to be a part of it, and I am driving my friends and family crazy with my enthusiasm. Going from Google docs or Microsoft Excel to Aha! is like being a sales person and going from a Rolodex to Salesforce. After making the switch, you want to run around telling everyone that there is a better way.

The better way to creating brilliant product strategy and visual roadmaps is clear. It’s Aha!

If you want to join a company that has customers regularly telling you how much they love your product and sending co-workers and friends to sign up, you might want to check us out. I would tell you that it’s going to be big, but I think we are already there. It’s going to be bigger, fast.

That is why I joined Aha! — and why you should too.
