Just Launched! — Create a Self-Running Roadmap Presentation

by Jessica Groff

Six hours, 700 handshakes, thousands of mouse clicks. Your annual sales kickoff and partner trade show are important events for sharing your roadmap. But it can be exhausting to manually present your plans. Over. And over. And over.

Aha! Notebooks can now be set to loop and play automatically — making them perfect for broadcasting your high level product roadmap unattended on the office flatscreen or in a booth at a trade show.

It is easy to publish and share nearly any view in an Aha! Notebook — roadmaps, releases, and reports. We hear from customers daily that being able to quickly build a roadmap and share it from the same tool is a huge timesaver. Our latest update provides even more options for sharing Notebooks as self-running presentations.

Here is how you can use this update to deliver the perfect presentation (without having to be there):

Set your presentation to autoplay You maintain full control of how each page of your presentation updates when new content is added — show a live view, refresh on update, or use a snapshot in time. As you add roadmaps and reports, the team can refresh the screen and resume autoplay to see the latest changes.

Choose autoplay or manually navigate to specific slides.

Customize slide transitions To give you more control over how each view is presented, you can now set the slide duration to your preferred cadence. You can also enable or disable animations on slide transitions.

Whether you need to display product details in the engineering area, create live views for the executive team, or autoplay slides during that big trade show, you can now more easily control your roadmap presentations with Aha! Notebooks.
