To keep up with the increasing demand, we continue to scale everything we do. This summer, we added a new Enterprise+ plan for businesses that demand the best. It includes additional security features, account backup and export, advanced product training, and our concierge service.
The Enterprise+ plan provides our highest level of service for enterprise customers and large organizations. And today, we are adding another feature specifically for our Enterprise+ customers — anti-virus scanning on uploaded files.
We know your strategy and roadmaps are critical to you and your business, and we take protecting them seriously. Aha! gives you a single place to store all your product files and documents. Now you can also be confident that files uploaded to Aha! are instantly scanned for malware or viruses. This is the newest security feature that has been added to the Enterprise+ plan.
Anti-virus scanning (new)
Aha! automatically scans all uploaded files for viruses. This prevents malicious files from being uploaded and shared with other users in the account. If Aha! detects a virus in a file, we reject the file upload and notify the user.
Anti-virus scanning also benefits idea portals, protecting any file uploads or attachments submitted with new ideas.

Data encrypted at rest
Aha! encrypts all communication between customers and our data centers through AES-128 bit encryption. All login and post-login web pages in Aha! are served over SSL. Aha! protects its system infrastructure by using dedicated firewall and VPN services to block unauthorized system access.
Account backup and export
Your data belongs to you. That’s why as an Aha! customer you have the ability to quickly export your data via CSV. Enterprise+ customers have the additional option to back up their data on a regular basis.

Account set-up consultation
Every member of our Customer Success team is a former product manager. This means that they are both experts in Aha! and product management. It’s also important to know that no one on the team receives a commission. You can be confident that we’ll make every recommendation with only your team and our relationship in mind.
Ongoing product training
Receive ongoing product training for new or existing team members. We will also help you train other groups as you expand Aha! to be used by larger cross-functional teams in engineering, support, sales, and marketing.
Regardless of the plan you are in with Aha!, we provide very responsive support (typically within 2 hours). And there are many additional protective capabilities that are built into the Aha! application itself.
