Here are a few ways you can start finding the product details fast:
Quickly locate related features and requirements
“What did we decide when we first reviewed this?” If you have ever been asked this question, then you know how frustrating it can be to solve the same problem twice. Now you do not have to interrupt your workflow to answer that question. Select the search icon from any screen in Aha! to find the features and requirements you need.
Choose a record to open the detail drawer view or select “Search all content” to navigate to the search results page.
Review records sorted by product
You can filter search results in Aha! by product and record type to easily find relevant items. In the example below, we are searching for submitted ideas related to international launches for a specific product.
Use the filters on the left side of the page to further narrow your search results.
Easily discover wildcard items
Notes in Aha! are a helpful tool for storing and sharing team information, such as best practices. But maybe you are not sure if your note was named “Best Practice Guide” or “Best Practice Tips.”
Add an asterisk within a search as a placeholder for any unknown or wildcard terms.
Track your most recent mentions
Stay up-to-date on conversations with your team and make sure to never miss a notification ever again. Search @your name or a teammate’s name to see all Aha! mentions. You can toggle between most recent and most relevant mentions.
You can even add in boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) to further narrow your search.
